The association's 48 acre show-grounds includes many permanent exhibits and structures, while providing plenty of room for tractor, engines, and activities. Additional improvements include; a restroom facility with showers, grandstand and announcer stand for parades, several Texas Landmark buildings, tabernacle style pavilion seating 350 people, and acres of central Texas black-land for plowing.
