In order to protect our members and guests, the Texas Early Day Tractor and Engine Association requests that everyone please observe the following rules.
PLEASE MAINTAIN CONTROL OF YOUR CHILDREN
AT ALL TIMES!
FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES COULD MEAN BEING ESCORTED FROM THE SHOW.
1.Never stand too close to operating machinery.
2.Do not allow children to climb on static displays or any equipment, buildings, or other TEDTEA property.
3.An adult must accompany children, on any hayride or other club owned trailer.
4.Golf carts, 4-wheelers, and other vehicles may be driven on the show grounds by service, police, or disabled persons displaying permit, ONLY.
5.NO underage drivers on any machine powered equipment.
6.NO passengers on tractors or other equipment unless a seat designed for passengers is part of the equipment.
7.Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the Showgrounds.
8.Tractors and other engine-driven machinery may be operated only in the lowest gear.
9.Steam powered machinery must have a current boiler permit.
10.NO modern vehicles may be driven through the Main Show Ground area during show time, other than emergency or concession workers.
11.All running machinery demonstrations require supervision at all times, and shall be roped off to prevent injury to spectators.
12.Exhibitors are required to join the TEDTEA or show a current membership with another tractor or engine organization. (This is a requirement for insurance purposes.)
13.Exhibitors, Vendors, Concessionaires, and Spectators are expected to use common sense and abide by all of the safety rules.
14.EVERYONE HAVE A GREAT TIME, COME BACK SOON, AND BRING A CHILD TO SHARE OUR LEGACY!
ALL MEMBERS ARE ASKED TO VOLUNTEER 2 HOURS SO THAT OTHERS MAY ENJOY THE SHOW!
